Gindly uses third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini). You acknowledge that AI can generate inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content. Gindly is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Certain features require a subscription. Payments are processed via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree not to use Gindly to generate illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content, including harmful analysis of PDF or MP3 files.
In no event shall Gindly be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the AI services.
